Every plan includes your whole team, however many agents that is. AI emails are a fair-use allowance of about one for every three contacts. Monthly market reports don't use it.

Trevy counts your contacts once a day, straight from Follow Up Boss. Within your plan's range, nothing changes.
Moving up happens the day your contacts grow past your plan, straight to the plan that fits. You pay the difference for the rest of the billing period then, and the new price after. The team lead gets a receipt with what Trevy did for your contacts and what was charged.
Moving down happens at the first renewal where a smaller plan covers you, with the difference credited to your next bill.

Billing questions
Do agents cost extra?+
No. There are no per-agent fees and no limit on people: every plan includes your whole team, and the price is set only by the contacts Trevy works.
How does the free trial work?+
It lasts 14 days, needs no card, and starts when you connect Follow Up Boss. Add a card any time to keep going when it ends. Without one, sending stops at the end, and your account's data is deleted 30 days later. Each Follow Up Boss account gets one trial.
What if we go over our plan's contacts?+
Trevy moves you to the plan that fits that day and charges the difference for the rest of the billing period; your next bill is the new plan's price. The team lead gets a receipt with what Trevy did for your contacts and the amount. Plans move back down at a renewal when a smaller one covers you.
Can I lower my count?+
Yes. The count only includes the stages and tags you pick, so leaving some out lowers it. When a smaller plan covers you at a renewal, Trevy moves you down and credits the difference.
What are AI emails?+
The follow-up and timely emails Trevy writes for each contact. Every plan includes a fair-use allowance of about one a month for every three contacts. Monthly market reports don't count toward it.
How do I cancel?+
From Settings → Billing in Trevy. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and there's no contract or cancellation fee.
